The restaurant La Couvée
The restaurant La Couvée opened its first premises in July 1993, in the Hotel L’Oiseliere in Montmagny.
Its popularity and reputation made it possible for the owner and chef, Mr. Donald Labillois, to repeat this experience by opening a second restaurant in May 2004, this time located in the Hotel L’Oiseliere in Levis.
Inspired by a wide range of regional products, the chef will suggest a menu filled with bountiful food flavour. Sea food and fish like the Atlantic salmon and wild games are without any doubt the restaurant’s speciality.
You may enjoy a delectable breakfast accompanied with fresh fruits every morning as early as 6h30 a.m. up to 11:00a.m... You are also invited to discover our breakfast buffet, which is a favourite of our distinguish customers with its wide variety of palate flattering menu.
